1. Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping to the following destinations:
- For customers within India : India
- For international customers : US, UK, UAE, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Polland, Afghanistan,Germany, Mexico, Bangladesh, Nepal, South Africa and Sri Lanka
2. Shipping Times
Please note: All Jewelry orders are considered “made to order” and will take a maximum of 8 business days to manufacture before they are ready to ship. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
2.1. India:
- We aim to deliver orders within 10-12 business days after order confirmation, depending on the delivery location within India.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- In addition Delivery times may vary due to factors such as product availability, shipping destination, and any unforeseen circumstances.
2.2. International (countries listed above):
- International shipping times typically range from 10-21 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal services.
- Please note that delays may occur due to customs inspections or other factors beyond our control.

Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned above are applicable after the completion of product manufacturing. Kindly be advised that the manufacturing process itself may require up to 7 to 9 days before the shipping process commences
3. Shipping Costs
3.1. India:
- We offer free shipping for orders above 10000 Rs within India. We ship via reputed delivery partner Bluedart / Delhivery.for domestic orders
3.2. International (countries listed above):
- For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping location.
- Free Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping for orders outside of India totaling $550 or more. This ensures that your order arrives promptly and securely.
- Express Shipping Charges: For orders below $550, express shipping is available at a flat rate of approximately $50. This expedited shipping option ensures quick delivery of your order.
- Standard Shipping: We also provide free standard shipping for all orders within our shipping regions. Our standard shipping service ensures reliable delivery at no extra cost.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- We ship via reputed delivery partner DHL / FedEx / UPS for international shipments.
- Our international pricing varies from our INR pricing keeping currency fluctuations in account.
4. Customs and Duties
4.1. India:
- All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be included in the product prices displayed on our website.
4.2. UK, Europe, Middle East Asia, Australia, and USA:
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order’s progress using the provided tracking number.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

9. Damages
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91 8200524191 or email us at contact@ocsglamour.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
